Beyond the Guidelines: Factors Affecting Behavior Guidance

All Day Event     This course focuses on the evolution of society and how chairside management of behavior is critical to the doctor-family relationship. Research has shown that significant changes in child development, family function and societal trends and the impact it has on chairside management. Research has also shown that children who experience the most tooth decay react differently to traditional chairside techniques and behaviors, requiring dentists to handle those patients with greater care.
