Course Description and Overview This conference is aimed at promoting  a safe clinical practice in airway management during dental emergencies through  research, education and the development of teaching resources.  Participants will enjoy a lecture on the  different scientific advances and new technologies important in the airway  management after dental crises. After completing the lecture, a  hands-on workshop will be given, where medical professionals will be able to  identify the signs and physical characteristics that predispose a difficult  airway, manage airway and learn proper mask ventilation technique during  emergency settings, and properly intubate a patient. Course  Objectives Upon  completion of this course, you will learn:
  • Learn the different signs and physical       characteristics that predispose a difficult airway.
  • How to manage a difficult airway.
  • Learn proper mask ventilation.
  • Hands on practice on manikins of:
    • Mask ventilation
    • Proper techniques for management of        airway
